TS series (combination of LB + RLBZ) of hot recycling asphalt mixing facility is developed and patented by TTM with advantages of similar products. This productivity enhanced facility mixes certain percentage of RAP with the virgin asphalt to reduce the cost of materials and increase the production. To achieve this, the facility comes with a bigger mixer and a special baghouse for RAP facility. There are seven types within the series. Customization is available, for example an independent mixer to mix RAP with recycling agent is placed in the hot recycling facility.
